How do I subscribe to a ics subscription?

You can sync Rhapsody with your favorite calendar app such as Apple iCal or Google Calendar. Let's see how you can set it up!

Pre-requisite

This features needs to be activated on your account. Contact an admin on Intercom to request this feature. When enabled, you should see a new button on the main calendar.

You can create 2 kinds of subscription links:

• One for the whole account, meaning all you Work Sessions will be included.

• One per venue, meaning only the Work Sessions happening here will be included. Just open any venue, click on the Calendar and click on the same button to get the link.

Copy the ICS subscription link in the blue box.

Sync using Apple iCal on a mac

• Open iCal

• Go to File > New Calendar Subscription

• Paste the ICS subscription link from Rhapsody

  
• Configure the subscription and click on OK

Sync using Calendar on your iPhone

• In Calendar, tap Calendars > Add Calendar > Add Subscription Calendar.

• Enter the calendar's web address, then tap Subscribe.

• Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it on your calendar.

• Choose iCloud from the Account menu, then click Add.

Sync using Google Calendar

• Go to Google Calendar

• Click on the plug button near "Other Calendar" on the left menu

• Click on "From URL" and paste the ICS Subscription link from Rhapsody. Click on "Add calendar"

• You calendar is now imported.
