Cancel vs Release?

Lets say you want to remove a musician from the entire Project. Maybe they told you personnaly they could not attend, or they are taking too long to respond to your Invite. Your next action will be to either Cancel or Release the musician.

At this time, canceling a musician functions the same as releasing a musician and vise versa. The main difference comes down to verbiage and what the musician will see when receiving their Rhapsody Call.

FYI Cancel or Release Communications for an entire Project will always require an answer before you can remove or replace the musician. The musician must "Submit" their acknowledgement OR you may answer for the musician. Read more about answering for musicians.
