As Rhapsody expands, we have begun to offer different experiences for a vast amount of contractors and ensembles. Below is a list of our plans and features currently available.
Overture
The Overture plan is the best way to get started with Rhapsody and offers an experience great for small chamber groups. Users on this plan are able to contract for up to 10 musicians for any given rehearsal, concert, performance, etc. It's a great way to get started with Rhapsody and to manage your communication and availability for musicians!
Mezzo
We recommend our Mezzo plan for individual freelance contractors who contract for small to mid-size ensembles. Mezzo users can store more musicians in their Address Book and have access to our basic report forms.
Finale
Rhapsody unleashed! Our Finale plan offers everything Rhapsody has to offer including unlimited storage of musicians, customizable report and payroll forms, and have access to the Rhapsody team for feature requests and can opt in to complimentary meetings!
Features:
Work Sessions: These are the various engagements you need musicians and personnel for including rehearsals, concerts, performances, recording sessions, etc. All plans come with unlimited Work Sessions.
Maximum musicians in a Work Session: This is the largest ensemble size that can receive a Rhapsody call for a specific rehearsal, concert, performance, recording session, etc.
# of contacts in your Address Book: This is the maximum amount of Active contacts/musicians you can have in your Address Book. Contacts who are not Active will be Archived and cannot receive a Rhapsody call.
Additional users: This is the number of additional individuals who share and have access to the Rhapsody account. Additional users have their own unique user information, password, login and Contractor Settings.
Custom Branding: This feature allows you to replace the Rhapsody branding logo with your own custom logo on the top of each Rhapsody call.
Excel Export: Rhapsody can provide various spreadsheets you can download and further customize. Spreadsheets come in an excel format and include lists of all musicians in a Project, all removed musicians, rosters, etc.
