If you are unable to make edits or changes to your Rhapsody Project BEFORE sending your initial Call/Invite, you may be on the wrong "View"
In your Project, locate the grey box labeled Mode (located under the Mission Control tab). Double check that your mode is "Edit". Read more about the different view modes.
After a Call has been sent
Remember to double check that you are in the Mode Edit to make any edits and adjustments to your Project!
In order to ensure absolute clarity and transparency for hiring needs, Rhapsody will prevent you from making critical changes after you've sent your first communication.
The following describes what actions you can and cannot do:
🟢 Adding a Chair to a Work Session or Piece
Green light, all safe! Assign a new musician and send an Invite or assign an existing musician and send a Revision call. Read more about revision calls.
🟢 Removing a Chair
Users can only remove empty Chairs from a Project. In Edit Mode, select the empty Chair. In the menu that appears at the bottom of the page, select Delete.
If you want to remove a Chair that is occupied by a musician, you will need to remove the musician from the Chair first.
🟢 Removing a musician from one or more Work Session/Piece/Chair
Green light, all safe! Assign new or existing musicians and send the Invite or Revision call. Read more about revision calls.
🔴 Deleting a Project Piece
At this time, users cannot delete a Project Piece from a Project after the Call has been sent.
To inform musicians that a Piece is no longer being played, please Cancel or Release all musicians from the Project Piece and send a Revision Call OR contact us directly at support@rhapsody.la Read more about releasing + canceling musicians.
🔴 Adding/Removing a Work Session
At this time, users cannot add or remove a Work Session after the Call has been sent.
To cancel a Work Session, we recommend you release or cancel all musicians in the individual Work Session OR contact us directly at support@rhapsody.la. Read more about canceling a Project Piece
🟠 Changing the Program
The Project Program is the relationship between Project Pieces and Work Sessions. The Program tells you which Project pieces are being played for which Work Session.
Changing the Program after the Call has been sent can affect the musician's accepted schedule by adding more Work Sessions or less Work Sessions to their schedule.
If you need to change your Program after a call has been sent, please contact us directly at support@rhapsody.la and our admin team will be able to facilitate the update.
