2️⃣Send + Track the Call

You've finished setting everything up, now what?

Once you have finishes setting up your Rhapsody Project, you are preparing for lift off and taking off! This is one of the easiest steps in as you get to just sit back and let Rhapsody send your messages.

Before you send the call, Rhapsody will review some possible discrepencies or warnings about your Project. These will be things like:

  • "Jane Doe does not have the instrument English Horn assigned to her musicians profile. Are you sure you want to send her a call for instruments Viola and English Horn?

  • "Your Project Piece is not assigned to be played on any of your Work Sessions. Add the Project Piece to a Work Session"

  • "You have 26 empty Chairs. Are you sure you want to send this call without assigning musicians to the Chairs?"

You've double checked everything is correct, now you can determine what kind of Call you want to send:

  • Do you want to offer the job to someone and ask if they can accept? Send them an Invite

  • Do you want to ask if someone is available for dates, but not offer them the job yet? Send them an Availability Call.

  • Do you want to assign someone a job they are required to perform at/attend? Send them an Assignment Call.

Switch over from Edit to Notify mode and use the Notify Menu to contact your musicians!

Have a different communication you want to send first? Let us know at support@rhapsody.la

Everyone has received their offers, now see who received what, and who viewed what! This is a great time for you to see if someone entered their email incorrectly, or if there are issues with them receiving their Rhapsody Calls. Read more about Rhapsody Emails in Spam.

Their answers will come in real-time! As they answer, you will move into the next stage of making adjustments and replacing musicians for your Project.
