Now that you have sent your call, your Project will begin to transform. Changes to the Project may come up that you need to address, and musicians will provide their answers/ask questions.
Once you have sent your first communication for a Project, you will be provided with various options on your next communication for the Project. The options you are presented with are based on the musician selected when in Notify Mode and what their current status in the Project is. .
Depending on the type of communication sent, musicians will be required to provide an answer. Their answers (or lack their of) will provide you with options on your next steps. .
We get it, some musicians don't like change and don't want to interract with a Rhapsody call. They may provide you with an answer in person, through text message, or DM. Regardless, Rhapsody will allow you to answer for the musician to provide a paper trail of the actions made and who made them. .
If something about the Project has changed since the initial call was sent, you will have to make sure you make the correct changes and inform all contacted musicians of the change through a Revision Call. This could be adding an additional Work Session, cancelling a Project Piece, turning a tutti rehearsal into a sectional, etc.
Some changes to a Project are not allowed, and will require a Rhapsody admin to intervene. .
FYI
Rhapsody support can help you make advanced changes after the call has been sent. If you are experiencing difficulties making certain adjustments, please contact us at support@rhapsody.la or at 323-400-5695
