Cancel vs Release?

Cancel and Release function the same but use different verbiage. Both will provide musicians with a communication they must acknowledge before you may replace them.

How do I add a role (ex Concertmaster)?

In your Project's Mission Control tab, select Edit Mode and go to your View of choice for the change you need to make. Locate the Chair, and select on the Role in the Chair (located in the top of the Chair "card"). By default, Chairs will be assigned the Role "Section" unless otherwise specified.

How do I assign a sub list/call order?

In a Project, navigate to the Who's Next tab. Add various rules so that Rhapsody may suggest you a musician based on your sub list/call order.

How do I add a Piece/Repertoire to a Project?

Add your repertoire in a Project by adding a Project Piece!

Why can't I view my gigs in a web browser?

For Musicians

In order to view all upcoming Rhapsody services in one place, you will need to download the Rhapsody musicians app.

As of 2024, Rhapsody does not provide a browser version of the Rhapsody Musicians mobile app. Please refer to your emails or download the app to view your engagements

For Contractors, Admin, and Personnel Managers

For Musicians

For security purposes, the default method to login to the Rhapsody Musicians mobile app is through two-factor authentication. This eliminates the need to login using a password.

If you would prefer to login to your Rhapsody mobile app using a password, please contact us directly at support@rhapsody.la and we will send you a password

For Contractors

Why can't I make edits/changes?

How do I view messages from musicians?

You can view what was sent to a musician by using the Emails Menu, the Sent tab in a Project, or by selecting a musicians name in the Project's Mission Control tab.

Locate the two intersecting arrows next to the section name in a Project. From there, you will see a popup that allows you to move musicians to the appropriate order. Remember to double check that you are in Edit Mode.

In Edit Mode of Mission Control, select the musician you want to move. In the menu that appears at the bottom of the page, select the option Move. Select the Section you want them to move to and follow any additional steps as needed.

Go to the Project's Program (located in the top right corner of the Mission Control tab). Find the Work Session you want to make a sectional, and select the Sections that should be attending.

Navigate to the in your account Settings. Follow the steps provided in the Change your Password section.

If you have already sent the Call, you may be limited in the changes that you can make.

You can see messages from musicians in a Project's Mission Control tab or on the ! .
