When you first create your Rhapsody account, you only need to add your first name, last name, and email address. This will allow you to login to your account, but you will need to set up some additional information about your account details in your Account Settings.
You can access your Account Settings at any time. Simply locate and click on the icon with your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
From there, you will be presented with a dropdown menu of options:
Credentials: Where you can update the information regarding logging into your Rhapsody account. This includes passwords, and the first name, last name, and email used to create your account
Contractor Settings: This is the information regarding your company information, and the contact information that musicians will use to know they are receiving an official Rhapsody email from you and your company! This is also the information you need to establish when contacting your musicians outside of Rhapsody before you send your first call.
Branding: This is where you can upload your unique logo that will appear on all the Rhapsody calls you send.
Preferences: These are additional preferences regarding how you want your Rhapsody account to be set up.
Team Members: This will display any additional team members who have current access to the Rhapsody account.
This is where you change the information for YOU and YOU alone.
In the User Information tab, you can edit the information used to login to your Rhapsody account. This information does not get sent anywhere in your Rhapsody communications, and it is purely for your information alone.
In the Change your Password section, you can add or update your password to your account!
Did you know?
Logging in without a password is actually more secure! This is because it requires a 2FA using codes sent to your email!
Navigate to the Credentials tab in your Account Settings
In the Change your Password header, type in and confirm the password you would like to use to login to your Rhapsody account.
Select the Change Password button
Viola! You have now added/updated your account password!

In this section, information regarding WHO is sending the Rhapsody communication is stored. This information is necessary for you to fill out to ensure your musicians know who is sending them a call.
In the Me as a Contractor settings, enter the name for the primary contractor/personnel manager/administrator who will be sending out a majority of the Rhapsody communications. This is the Contractor Name.
Next, select your Username. This will be the first half of the email that musicians will receive their Rhapsody communications from. We recommend selecting a username that is close to or similar to your organization name.
From there, you chose a Contractor Email. If a musician decides to "reply" to a Rhapsody call via email, their reply will be forwarded to the contractor email. Be sure this is an email you have access to!
Lastly, enter a phone number. This phone number will be used at the bottom of your Rhapsody communications. Should a musician need to contact you directly, we want to provide them with access to your phone number!
Your Company Info is also important to add! While it is optional, this information can help provide musicians with a sense of security that their Rhapsody call is legitimate and coming from the correct organization!
Rhapsody allows for you to upload your own custom branding to each Rhapsody Call you send! You can add a different background color to your calls as well as upload your Icon/Logo to appear at the tops of your Rhapsody communication.
Icons must be square images while Logos can be larger images.
Lastly, you can select your Brand Color which will serve as the background color for all your organizations Rhapsody communications. Use the color picker or enter the color code.
Changes made and saved will affect all subsequent calls.
