Rhapsody provides you with a secure 2FA login to the Rhapsody Musicians mobile app. This means you don't need a password to access your account!

FYI

There is no desktop version of Rhapsody for musicians. By default, Rhapsody sends all communications through email, so you can search your email to locate your Rhapsody messages.

If you would like to see all your Rhapsody calls in one place, we recommend downloading the Rhapsody Musicians mobile app or to manually export your Rhapsody calls to your calendar of choice.


Password Free Login

  1. Tap into your Rhapsody musicians mobile app

  2. On the home screen, tap Signin

  3. On the following page, provide the email address used for your Rhapsody Musicians mobile app account. This should be the same email address your contractor/personnel manager/administrator has on file for you and has been using to send you communications

  4. Tap the Send Code button

  5. In the email provided in step 3, find the email from Rhapsody containing your 6-digit login code. Be sure to check your spam and promotions tab if it hasn't reached your inbox.

  6. Enter the 6-digit code in the Rhapsody app

  7. Tap Submit Code

  8. Viola! You have now logged into your Rhapsody Musicians Mobile app using a password free login!

Rhapsody uses 2FA when logging into the Rhapsody Musicians mobile app! This is the most secure way to access your account and prevent data leaks!


Password Login

At this time, Rhapsody limits your ability to login using a password. This is for security purposes, as the 2FA password-free login is the most secure way to access your account.

If you would like us to add a password to your account so you may login using a password, please contact us at support@rhapsody.la

  1. Tap into your Rhapsody musicians mobile app

  2. On the home screen, tap Signin

  3. On the following page, tap the Signin with my password text. This is grey text located under the Send Code button.

  4. Enter the email address and password used for your Rhapsody Musicians mobile app account. The email should be the same email address your contractor/personnel manager/administrator has on file for you and has been using to send you communications. The password will be the password sent to you through Rhapsody Support.

  5. Tap Signin

  6. Viola! You have now logged into your Rhapsody Musicians Mobile app using a password login!


Login Troubleshooting

If you are still having trouble logging into your Rhapsody musicians mobile app, please follow these steps:

  1. Double check that you have access to the email you are using to login to your Rhapsody Musicians mobile app. Login codes will be sent to this email.

  2. Check the SPAM and PROMOTIONS folder of your email for the Rhapsody sign in code.

  3. Confirm that you have created an account

  4. Double check that the email you have received communications from or about Rhapsody is the same email you are using to login

  5. Double check with your contractor/personnel manager/administrator that the email they have on file for you is the correct email.
