Rhapsody Musicians mobile app 101

The Rhapsody Musicians mobile app is here to provide you with the fastest and most reliable way to receive your Rhapsody calls!

As a musician, you will, by default, receive emails from various contractors and personnel managers using Rhapsody. Unfortunately, email providers may sometimes flag a Rhapsody Call as spam. This can be mitigated by setting up an email filter, but to ensure you NEVER miss a gig, we offer the best and fastest way to receive your calls through the Rhapsody Musicians Mobile app!

FYI

At this time, Rhapsody does not offer a "desktop" login. Your Rhapsody calls will always come through in your email, which you can interact with and access through your desktop.

Additionally, all Rhapsody calls offer the "or open call in browser" text. This allows you to access your Rhapsody call through a url which can be accessible through your desktop.

Creating an Account

If you are using Rhapsody for the first time (ie, you've just been informed about your organization using Rhapsody), you'll need to create an account in the Mobile app. This will link your app with the information your contractor/personnel manager/admin has sent you through Rhapsody.

If this is the first time you are using the mobile app, select the Create account option. Rhapsody will ask you for your first name, last name, and your email address. Be sure you are using the same email address your organization has on file for you. This will be the same email you received your notice about use of Rhapsody, or the email you receive your Rhapsody calls from.

Once finished, tap the Create Account button. You will receive a 6-digit sign in code to the email address provided. Copy the code and paste it into the field provided.

Once you enter the code, tap the Submit Code button and viola! You will now have access to your Rhapsody mobile app!

FYI

If you have received a Rhapsody call but do not see them listed in the mobile app, you may be using a different email address than the one your admin has on file. Please confirm with your admin team the email they have on file for you is accurate.
