Canceling a Project Piece

The Program has changed...

You may find out that after you've sent a Rhapsody Call, a piece on your concert program has been cancelled.

If this happens, you will want to Release all musicians from the Project Piece.

Releasing Musicians from a Project Piece

1. Locate the appropriate Project from the Project Menu

2. Access the Mission Control tab

3. Switch to Edit Mode

4. Switch to Pieces View

5. Locate the Project Piece being cancelled and select all musicians in the Project Piece

6. In the Edit menu below, select the Release option

7. In the popup that appears, select option Project Piece(s) under "Release From"

8. On the next page, provide an explanation of the reason for the cancelled piece

9. Confirm the Project Piece(s) you wish to release the musician(s)

10. Select the Release # musicians from # Project Piece button to confirm your action

11. Viola! You have now cancelled musicians from a Project Piece!

WARNING!

This is a critical change! Musicians will need to be informed about this change, so Rhapsody will prompt you to send a Revision Call immediately after making this change. Read more about Revision Calls.

FYI

You cannot remove a Project Piece from a Project after sending the Call. The Project Piece will remain on your Project inside of Rhapsody. To remove the canceled Project Piece, please reach out to us at [e-mail]
