Answering for Musicians

When managing an ensemble, you want to keep Rhapsody updated with the hiring status of each musician. Musicians are responsible for answering their Rhapsody calls... but sometimes, musicians tell you outside of Rhapsody their responses.
In this case, you'll want to update the musicians status in Rhapsody by answering for the musician.
Locate the Project you would like to answer for the musician
In the Mission Control tab of a Project, locate the musician
Click on the musician's name/status. In Genius, Pieces, or Work Session View, select the musicians name. In Assignments View, select the "Status" next to the musicians name
In the popup that appears, locate the "Admin Answer" text. Select the appropriate answer for the musician.
Viola! You have now answered for a musician!
FYI
When answering for a musician, they will receive an email/notification as a "receipt" of this action. This keeps a traceable record of when the action took place and by whom.
