Color Coding + Customization
A Visual Rainbow!
We like to provide users with additional details regarding different items in Rhapsody. Some are customizable, while others are restricted to the various stages in Calls.
Project Colors
Each Project gets randomly assigned a color. Any time you are looking at a Calendar in Rhapsody, you will see Work Sessions for Projects being displayed in certain colors. Additionally, your list of Projects on the Project menu will have a circle icon displaying the color for the Project.
You can change the color of your Project by entering into the Project and navigating to the Project Settings tab. Project colors use 6-digit hex codes.
Colors of Stages
In each Rhapsody call, musicians will be assigned a color based on their status in the Project. Anytime a musician appears in the call, the color surrounding their name will signify their hiring status. The goal is to aim for a sea of green!
Below is a list of what each color represents:
Color | Meaning |
---|---|
Red | Musician has Declined a Call |
Light Orange | Musician has been sent a Revision Call |
Dark Orange | Musician has been Canceled |
Navy-Grey | Initial Invite has been sent |
Grey | Musician is Ready to receive their first Call for the Project |
Green | Musician has Accepted their Call |
Light Blue | Musician has held the call OR Musician has been Released from the Call |
Yellow | General warnings/suggestions |
Custom Branding
Rhapsody offers you the ability to brand your calls with your own unique custom branding! Navigate to the Branding tab in your Account Settings to add your unique company icon, logo, and brand color! This information will be used for all future Rhapsody Calls you send!
