Adding Additional Users + Mode Support

If you would like to add additional users to your account, you currently have to contact us at support@rhapsody.la however, we are currently working on a system that will allow you to do this on your own! Users will be able to invite as many individuals as their Rhapsody plan allows for all with whatever view settings you'd like!

Additionally, Rhapsody will allow you to determine what amount of account access new users will have. This will allow you to determine if a new user will have View only, View and Edit, or full admin access to all Rhapsody Projects (View, Edit, and Notify).


Autopilot

Autopilot will be a new feature that allows Rhapsody to send calls for you!

Right now, Rhapsody will only suggest who you should contact next based on the Rules you set up in a Project's Who's Next tab. Our Autopilot feature will take things one step further.

If a musician declines a call, Autopilot will be able to make the appropriate changes to a Project to prepare and even send the call to the next in line musician. So long as you have your call order and rules set up, Rhapsody will be able to take some of your load away!

Additionally, Autopilot will allow you to schedule send your Communications for things such as Nudges and Reminders. For example, if a musician hasn't responded within 72 hours of receiving their Invite, Autopilot can auto-Nudge the musician into providing a response. Autopilot will also be able to send a Reminder 24 hours before a Project's first Work Session.


Assignment Calls

Assignment Calls is a feature with larger organizations in mind. Our main form of Communication to musician is through our Invite. This allows musician to chose to Accept, Decline, or Hold a Call.

Some organizations may want to simply tell a contracted musician about the concerts they will be performing on unless otherwise specified. This would be considered an "Assignment", where the musician is automatically Accepted into the Project without them needing to engage with the call.


Season Invite

If an organization operates with contracted players on a season basis, musicians may be performing in hundreds of Projects a year! This would mean receiving hundreds of Individual Rhapsody Project Invites... that's a lot!

A Season Invite will allow users to en mass, Assign musicians. This way, a musician only receives ONE communication that contains ALL the information about the Season and corresponding Projects/Work Sessions


Two-Way Communication

As more users begin using Rhapsody, we want to provide a one-stop-shop for all ensemble management needs. This includes a way for you to send and track communications OUTSIDE of Projects.

We are working on a way for Rhapsody users and musicians to send communications to and from each other exclusively through Rhapsody. Rhapsody will ideally be able to keep track of these communications in a musicians profile so that users or admin can review and track as necessary.

Additionally, we are working on a way to safely sync changes made to the Rhapsody Musicians mobile app to your profile. We realize there are some things that you may want to happen automatically, while other changes may need to be approved. You may also want to be informed about certain changes made. We are working on a system that allows you the customization to provide full transparency regarding updates a musician adds to their Rhapsody Musicians mobile app profile.


Email Newsletter and Digest

The Rhapsody home page offers an overview of EVERYTHING going on in your Rhapsody account. This includes how many emails have been sent, messages from musicians, Work Sessions happening today, and upcoming Projects.

Our plan is to provide you with an scheduled email that can provide you with an email breakdown of this page as well as a "here's what happened" section. This would inform you of any musician responses that occurred during a set interval of time.

For example, you could decide to receive a daily email at 9:00 AM. Every day, you would receive an email at 9:00 AM informing you who has responded to their Calls since yesterday at 9:00 AM, what the current hiring status of each active Project is, and any other remaining information on the Rhapsody Home page!


Cattle Call

If you need to hire someone FAST, you may want to send a Rhapsody call out to several musicians at once. Musicians will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.


Work Docs

Users will be able to send a musician a Work Docs communication. This will allow musicians to sign, download, or upload various documents you may need. This can be great for hiring new musicians and needing certain tax forms on their file.

Work Doc uploads get saved to the musicians profile.


Password Login for Rhapsody Musicians App

For security purposes, we currently only allow the password-free sign in code, but we can create passwords for musicians who insist on having a password. In 2024, we will allow Rhapsody Musicians mobile app users to add and create their own password to login to their app!
