Message Contractor/Personnel Manager

Psssst... I've got something to say!

When you receive a Rhapsody Invite, you will have the option to provide a message with your response! Contractors can see your responses in Rhapsody so whether you want to thank them for the opportunity or ask a question, your message will be received!


Sending a Message

Whenever you respond to a Rhapsody Call, you have the option to leave a message to your contractor/personnel manager.

If you are unsure whether or not you will be allowed to miss certain dates and would like to ask your contractor/personnel manager, we suggest to Hold the call and provide a message explaining why. Your contractor/personnel manager can provide you with an updated call and honor your request, or contact you directly with additional questions.

How do I message my contractor/personnel manager outside of Rhapsody?

If something unrelated to a Project comes up, we recommend contacting your contractor/personnel manager/administrator directly.

If they have provided you with their contact information, this will be displayed at the bottom of your call. Otherwise, you can reply directly to the Rhapsody email and your message will be forwarded to their personal email.
