Cancelling Entire Project

Sorry everyone, show's canceled...

Sometimes, things happen and the entire Project gets cancelled! You'll need to let your musicians know they are no longer needed and will no longer get paid.

As a result, we need to cancel everyone from the entire Project.

Cancelling Musicians from entire Project

  1. Locate the appropriate Project from the Project Menu

  2. Access the Mission Control tab

  3. Switch to Notify Mode

  4. Switch to Assignments View

  5. Select all musicians in all Work Sessions.

  6. In the menu that pops up below, select the Release option

  7. In the popup that appears, select option Work Session(s) under "Release From"

  8. On the next page, provide an explanation of the reason for the cancelled Project

  9. Confirm that all Work Sessions are selected from the checklist

  10. Select the Release # musicians from # Work Sessions button to confirm your action

  11. Viola! You have now cancelled musicians from all Work Sessions in a Project!

FYI

Musicians who have accepted their calls then receive a cancelation for the Project will need to Acknowledge and Confirm their cancellation. This ensures you know who is aware of the cancellation and what to expect if a musician is not aware!
