Add Personnel
Who do you want on your Project?
Now that you've added your Chairs to your Project (either through your Project Pieces or without a Project Piece), you'll want to assign personnel to each Chair!
When you first add a Chair, you'll see a ton of empty Chairs in your Project that look something like this:
For each empty Chair in your Project, you need to assign a musician. This can be the same musician for all Work Sessions and Project Pieces, or you can have specific musicians for each specific instance.

Assigning a musician to an empty Chair
FYI
You can send out a call with Empty Chairs in your Project. Only musicians in Chairs will receive the Call. Just be sure to fill the empty Chairs before the your first Work Session!
Inside the Project, enter Edit Mode
Locate and select the empty Chair. Empty Chairs will have a greyed out box with text "Assign"
Once selected, Rhapsody will provide a list of possible musicians to fill the Chair. Select from list or begin typing the name of a musician to fill in the Chair.
Viola! You have now assigned a musician to an empty Chair!
Add musicians to every empty Chair in the Project!
