"Heads up, we're using Rhapsody!"

PreviousAdditional Set UpNextOverview

Last updated 1 year ago

Rhapsody sends Calls and communication through the email, SMS messages, and our Rhapsody Musicians mobile app.

Musicians can choose how to receive their calls, but by default, Rhapsody will send calls via email. On average, musicians who download our app or opt in for SMS messages respond 94% faster than musicians who only receive emails.

WARNING

Various email providers have been known to filter Rhapsody calls and automatically flag them as "spam" or "promotions". We strongly recommend contacting your musicians PRIOR to your first Call so they can set up their email and/or download the Rhapsody Musicians mobile app.

FAQ's

If you already receive calls through Rhapsody from a different organization, your calls from name of organization will automatically appear in your Rhapsody mobile app. If not, be sure that the email we have on file is the same email used in your other organizations. At this time, Rhapsody does not have a desktop version of the mobile app for musicians. You can respond and reply to a Rhapsody call using the information found in your email on your desktop. For help troubleshooting, you can use the Musicians FAQ section of the Rhapsody Helpdesk for any additional information

By default, you will receive your Rhapsody calls from `name of organization` through email. In order to ensure your email provider does not mistakenly place Rhapsody communications in your spam folder, we ask you configure a filter in your email. To do this, you will save @rhapsody.la to your emails' contact's so that emails do not go to spam. Here is a link that provides more information on how to do this: Download the Rhapsody Musicians mobile app: We ask that you download the free Rhapsody Musicians mobile app onto your phone. This allows you to more easily respond to calls, and track all communications in from name of organization in one spot. Please note you will need Android 12 or later or iOS 12.1 or later to download and access the app. Rhapsody Musicians app for IOS
